Using STAFFMA

STAFFMA provides a platform for collecting verified guest feedback and staff recognition. Restaurant access is arranged with STAFFMA. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter and for how you use staff data within your organisation.

Ratings and rewards

STAFFMA ratings are calculated only from verified STAFFMA guest feedback using a fixed algorithm; they never use Google ratings. Reward points are a recognition layer configured by each restaurant. STAFFMA does not transfer money — a restaurant records the cash it has paid a staff member when redeeming points.

Payments

Where billing is enabled, subscriptions are processed by Stripe. A subscription becomes active only after Stripe confirms payment.

Availability and liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, STAFFMA is not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be notified in the workspace.
